RFID Card Protection Sleeve Review

#SEFCARD RFID Card Sleeves

I was  offered the chance to try out some GREAT looking RFID Protection Sleeves in exchange for my unbiased review.  I decided WHY NOT? Who doesn't need to protect their credit cards in this day and age!

Here is a little about the sleeves from the company themselves:
SefCard CREDIT CARD PROTECTIVE SLEEVE: PROTECT YOUR CARDS WITH STYLE!
The SefCard Credit Card Protector Sleeve has been specifically designed for the purpose of keeping your cards safe with style! It's easy to be a victim of opportunist thieves and digital pickpocketing.
By choosing SefCard, you can finally prevent identity thefts and digital pickpocketing for good. The sleeves employ a multilayer design that blocks RFID signals, thus ensuring that pickpockets will never steal your credit card data. The top-load insert is very convenient and keeps your cards within easy reach, so you'll never be struggling to get them. Each sleeve has its own unique design for easy differentiation and recognition of your credit cards, and they will conveniently slide in and out of your wallet!

Top 5 reasons to choose SefCard:
• Made from a thin but ultra durable material.
• Multilayer design blocks RFID signals.
• Unique designs for easy card recognition.
• Fits inside your wallet.
• Protects cards with style!

Here is what I think:

I love the different designs. There really is something for everyone in these packs.  My favorite was the Damask like pattern.  I like how snug my card fit in the sleeve.  It was easy to get in and out and to also place in my wallet/clutch.  I work with RFID in my "DAYTIME" job and I do feel confident that these could block out RFID seeking signals.  The durable materials are nice and workman ship is top notch.

Ladies of the Lakes Book Review

What I am reading....

I am currently reading a great book by Ken Corday one of the Executive Producers of the hit soap opera "Days of Our Lives".

Here is what the back of the book has to say about it:

Getting away with murder. Seems unlikely, but in the gated community of Avalon it’s what’s in style.
It all starts with Hudson’s accidental decapitation. It was a terrible accident. He was drunk and in the middle of a fight with his second wife. They both pressed the garage door button at the same time. The LAPD didn’t give it a second thought. Instead of grieving, his wife breathes free air again. She is a rich woman with freedom. The other wives secretly envy her.

From the outside, Avalon seems like the ideal place to live; full of rich men and beautiful women. Six couples form a close-knit friendship; the men all golf together, the women all shop together, and their six children all skip school together. But the wives begin to resent feeling like possessions and realize that the men become crueler every day.

When more husbands start dying, the so-called “Ladies of the Lake” find themselves under suspicion from the LAPD and their own children. The six children try to uncover their parents’ secrets before the handsome Detective Daniels can discover what is truly going on behind closed gates.

Here is what I think:
     I was drawn in by chapter 2.  The author gives each character such detail it is easy for the reader to envision them in their mind.  The book really ready like a soap opera murder mystery and sucks you in.  It kept me wanting more.  It is an easy read and not to thick so it is the perfect end of summer book! Grab it set out on the deck or on the beach and get drawn into the lives of the Ladies of the lakes!

I received this item in exchange for my honest unbiased review.  If you would be interested in purchasing the book you can do so here.

Thanks for reading!

Before I get into my thoughts on the product here is a little bit of what the company says about it:

The Life & Food Omega 3 Supreme Benefit
Enteric coated with no fish burps, or after taste, our Supreme grade Omega-3 Fish Oil supplement promotes cardiovascular health, joint support, cognitive support, circulation and helps in maintaining cholesterol levels†.
Studies have shown that diets high in Omega-3 fatty acids - EPA and DHA -- may lower a person's health risks. By eating a diet rich in fatty acid containing fish - cold-water swimmers such as pollock, sardines and salmon, can lower your cholesterol and blood pressure. Some studies show there is a proven link that EPA and DHA reduces inflammation from arthritis conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis. Non-meat sources of Omega-3 include olive oil, walnuts and flaxseed.

Now for my thoughts:
I really enjoyed using this product. It comes in a manageable soft gel vs the large pill that many come in.  This means it is easy to swallow.  It did not leave me with an after taste nor did it give me the fishy burps that many do.  I would recommend this brand of fish oil to anyone who is in the market! It is a great value and offers many benefits! My order also came with an expiration date pretty far in the future.  This was a great thing!

Bonafidebaby Breast Milk Bag Review

Bonafidebaby Breast Milk Bag Review

With the birth of my third child I was determined to try and breast feed.  With her coming at only 34 weeks we had a struggle with latching and the end result was a lot of pumping for momma.  Due to this I have had a chance to try out many types of breast milk storage bags.  When I was given the chance to review Bonafide Baby Breast Milk Storage Bags in exchange for a review I was excited!  What would be better than a practical item that I actually needed! I am happy to say I was very impressed with these bags! They work well with my pump and stored well in my freezer/fridge.

The package come with 105 bags which is a pretty good amount! I feel I use at most 5 bags a day on a GOOD pumping day.  These should last well over a month since most days I do not get to use that many.  I like that the bags also came with a marker I can dedicate to writing on my bags with. I like to keep it right next to my pump so I know where it is. Another great attribute to the bags is the space to write a name on it! This is perfect for when you send your milk to a babysitter or daycare center! This will help ensure your milk does not get mixed up with another momma's milk!

Another cute thing about the bags are the Baby Logo and the little apple amount graphics.  While this does nothing for the functionality of the item it makes them cute and a joy to look at.

If you are interested in purchasing these you can check them out on the Bonafide Baby Website!

Thank you for taking the time to read my review and feel free to leave any comments you have!  As stated above I did receive this product for free in exchange for my honest review. All thoughts expressed are my own.

MultiBandz Review

As many of you know my son has Asperger's Syndrome.  This causes him to be academically ahead of his peers.  He is almost 6 now and really starting to take an interest in math.

I was presented with the opportunity to test out a set of MULTIBANDZ by HandBand in exchange for my honest review. I am happy to report these have been a hit over here! He has successfully remembered his 1x's set and is now working on his 2x's!

As you can see they are designed to wear like a bracelet and are in many colors! Each bracelet features 1 set of times tables.  Once the child has mastered one level they move onto the next.  They basically learn by seeing the tables on their wrist and remembering.  The same sort of learning as a flashcard but in a fun and different way!

We have enjoyed using these.  I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a fun and creative way to help someone learn their times tables!

Here are the basic stats straight from the website:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It's as easy as 1, 2, 3  ......
1.  Give your kids one band at a time, starting with the x1 table.  As they learn each table, reward them with the next times table wristband.
2. When they reach the x11 table, reward them with silver and then finally with the x12 table, they are rewarded with GOLD.  GO FOR GOLD!
3.  Don't forget, the x6, x7, x8, x9 and x10 table wristbands GLOW-IN THE-DARK.  An extra reward for learning the first x5 tables.  YEAH!
Give your children plenty of encouragement as they learn each new times table.  And don't forget to have fun!
 Contents:  Inside each 12 pack, you will receive 12 wristbands, with multiplation tables x1 to x12.
Sizing:
                   Wristband Circumference
M                7.1" or 180mm
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

If you are looking to purchase these for your child(ren)/students please head to http://www.multibandz.com or if you would like information on wholesale orders contact info@multibandz.com

Overall I give this product 2 thumbs up as I feel like I will be able to get a lot of use out of them! With the high quality materials and the bright colors I think we will get many years use out of these Multibandz and be able to pass them down to his sisters!  This is just a fun and imaginative way to learn.

Thanks for checking out my review and feel free to leave questions or comments!

Coming up on a year...

     Well in just a little over 2 months we will be a year in on our ASD journey.  A YEAR!!! That is just NUTS! It feels like it has been forever already.  This past year has been full of Evals, Therapy, Seminars, Meet-ups, Follow Ups and starting Pre-school!  But what a year it has been!
     T-Man has learned to JUMP, CLIMB & RUN!! He talks in conversations now even if you do need to prompt him sometimes. HE CAN READ! All of these things are amazing! We are working really hard on self care right now. He is so behind in those tasks.  It will come. I can not wait to see where we are next year in his journey!
